Appropriate for all level students, who are physically and mentally prepared for a vigorous workout. No prerequisites required. Our Pilates-based Barre class incorporates full body work on the ballet barre, with a strong focus on the legs and hips, along with Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises. The class will use a variety of props, often the Pilates Jumpboard, to provide a challenging and dynamic workout.
