Two Private Lessons required AND Instructor approval required. Appropriate for strong intermediate and advanced students, without any major limitations, who have had an introduction to ALL of the apparatus and are comfortable with equipment mechanics, springs and safety. This class will focus on two to three pieces of equipment, including the Reformer, Low Chair, Tower, Barrels, Oov and Mat. A well rounded, challenging workout that blends Classical and Contemporary Pilates together for a specialized and invigorating workout.
