The style for this ALL LEVELS yoga class is Vinyasa (Flow Yoga) Vinyasa connects movement with breath in a beautiful, seamless sequence of yoga poses. Sun salutations are used to warm up the body. The creative sequencing found in a Vinyasa class will leave you restored and renewed.
