Focus is on linking movement to breath, refining alignment, and building strength, combined with creative sequencing, allowing for a fun exploration of the vinyasa practice. Students will gain strength, flexibility, and balance while challenging their bodies and having a good time. Class is generally accompanied by music.

This class is best if you are already physically active and comfortable with basic yoga poses and sequences.
