Description
This yoga class focuses on the breath--how breath can calm and center the mind and how it guides and powers the body. Classes will include pranayama (yoga breath exercises) and sequences of poses that emphasize the connection of movement to breath. Students of all levels are welcome, and options will be given for all levels from beginners to well experienced.
