Description
This is like a soothing cup of tea. Yoga for balancing our bodies, our breath, and our emotional states. This class is slow and meditative. It is appropriate for people who want to take it slower and focus inwardly, waking the body up in the morning, or stretching it out after a long day at work. It can also be a good class if you are dealing with stress, chronic illness, or injuries and need to modify poses or take breaks.
