Alignment-based Hatha is a precise yoga practice with lots of verbal cues and corrections, great for advanced beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis. The practice will allow you to discover misalignments, correct them, and find more depth and comfort in asana. By refining alignment, you will less effort and more joy in each pose. This class is also great for those working through or with injuries and/or chronic pain. All body types welcomed and encouraged!
