Now that you are acquainted with the pole, it’s time to get really familiar. Welcome to Pole Essentials where you will continue your journey in the fun and fabulous world of pole tricks. In this 1.5 hour class you will learn new pole tricks and perfect the ones you already know. Each class begins with a 35-minute stretch and strength focused warm-up and pole exercises to get you where you want to go. You want to master that trick? You have to work for it.
In Pole Essentials you will expand on basic inversions and add flair to your tricks. You’ll work on spinning and climbing variations and learn various grips which will build strength and prepare you for more advanced tricks, such as the Caterpillar, Pike and Shoulder Mount.
