Description
Join the Precision Coaches for an Outdoor Threshold Run!   Meet at the Beach house at the end of Lake St, Gillson Park, Wilmette.  Step off time is 6:00 am.  Runners will warm up in the park, but intensity and course will vary.  Don't miss the morning instructions.
