Description
High intensity interval training with core-focused exercises makes for one power packed workout. This workout will build muscle, torch fat and improve overall physical fitness. This 25 minute, power packed workout is dedicated to the midsection and will strengthen and build those envious abdominal muscles. Because it's just 25 minutes, you're going to burn through those calories. Can you take the heat? All fitness levels are welcome.
