90 MINUTE CLASS! A mindful moving meditation rooted in hatha yoga. Incorporates a balance of pranayama (breathing), asana (physical postures or poses), and reflective thought. Class begins with 15 minutes of a carefully picked restorative pose to begin the transition from the outside world to the asana practice.
