For students interested in moving through a flowing, dynamic sequence of yoga poses. Classes typically incorporate various sun salutations, and flow through a variety of standing, balancing, and seated poses. Focus is on linking movement to breath, refining alignment, and building strength. Generally accompanied by music.

An "all levels" class is most comfortable for students who have attended at least a few yoga classes. This class will offer simple poses and chances to rest for the beginner yogi, as well as opportunities for the experienced student to incorporate more advanced poses. Everyone flows together, but works at their own level.
