Description
Think you’re not flexible enough for yoga? Do you spend a lot of time sitting, commuting, or carpooling as you juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, leaving muscles tense and your brain racing and ragged?
 
In this class, an instructor will guide your exploration of basic yoga poses while you enjoy excellent music. Lengthen and loosen tight muscles in your shoulders, arms, legs, sides, and back. Grow your flexibility and balance while the stress of the day drains out of your body and mind.
 
Leave class feeling great, ready for a pleasant evening and sound sleep. No yoga experience required.
